Lulu’s Premiere Pass – Terms & Conditions
(Effective for the 2025 Season)
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Lulu’s Premiere Pass for the 2025 season. By purchasing and using the Lulu’s Premiere Pass, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated as necessary.
2. Membership & Eligibility
- The Lulu’s Premiere Pass is available to individuals aged 16 years or older who are residents of the UK, the Channel Islands, or the Republic of Ireland.
- BBFC film age ratings apply. Photographic identification may be required to verify age, and failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of entry.
- The Lulu’s Premiere Pass is not proof of age for purchasing alcohol or age-restricted films.
3. Pass Benefits
- The Lulu’s Premiere Pass entitles the holder to one cinema ticket per screening at Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show.
- Only one booking may be made at a time. A new booking can only be made after the previous screening has taken place.
- The pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the named cardholder. Misuse will result in termination without refund.
- The pass does not guarantee a seat unless a ticket is booked in advance. Seats are subject to availability.
4. Booking & Ticketing
- Lulu’s Premiere Pass holders must log in to the Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show website to book tickets.
- Upon logging in, the system automatically applies a discount equal to one full-price ticket to the booking.
- The pass holder can book additional tickets for others within the same transaction at standard pricing.
- Only one discounted ticket per screening is permitted per pass holder.
- The pass does not gran tpreferential seating or priority booking—all seats are subject to availability.
- A valid Premiere Pass must be presented when collecting or using a booked ticket.
5. Food & Drink Discounts
Premiere Pass holders are entitled to a 20% discount on food and drink at the following venues:
- The Crown Inn (evening dinner and drinks, on cinema event nights, when a ticket is booked)
- Harry’s Woodfired Pizza (on cinema event nights, when a ticket is booked)
- The Garden Bar (all drinks and sundries, on cinema event nights, no purchase limit)
Discount Terms:
- The pass must be presented at the time of purchase.
- The discount applies to cinema event nights for up to four guests, including the pass holder.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or meal deals.
- All menu items are subject to availability.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You have a statutory right to cancel your Lulu’s Premiere Pass within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 14 days, the pass is non-refundable.

If you purchase your pass in person at The Crown Inn, refunds are not available, except in cases of fault or misrepresentation.
7. Suspension & Termination
Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show may suspend or revoke your Premiere Pass without refund if:
- You attempt to transfer or misuse the pass.
- There is suspected fraud in relation to the pass.
- Someone other than the cardholder attempts to use it.
8. General Terms
- The pass is valid only for the 2025 season and expires at the end of the season.
- Lulu’s Outdoor Picture Show reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time without notice.
By purchasing Lulu’s Premiere Pass, you accept these Terms in full. Enjoy the season!
